What Kind Of Fabric Do You Use In Your Garments?
We use Italian made 300gsm 20% Xtra Life™ Lycra. Our fabric has a dry handle but is super strong. We have been using this material for 10years and have had great feedback on it.
Does Sublimation Last?
Yes, Sublimation is the most hardwearing printing methods on the market. Sublimation will outlast other forms of printing like screen prints, and transfer prints. We do recommend trying to go with a soild dyed colour for the bottom half of the suit. As good as Sublimation is it can get damaged when rubbing on the seat on a long row.
Where Do You Manufacture Your Garments
Most of our lycra based garments are manufactured in Australia. We also do large volume production in China.

Why are some of your items cheaper than others?
Yes it is and we are proud of it! First, we are factory manufacturer! Secondly, We produce quite large volumes of products, so indirect costs are borne by a larger volume. Thirdly, we have automated a significant part of the production processes, we carry out most of the work on specialized automatic machines, even the seemingly simple operations of stitching the form, we have achieved good automation rates here too! And all in order to offer higher quality products at a much better price!
What are the colors?
If the form you have chosen is made using the sublimation method, you do not limit yourself in choosing a color. Any color, background, number, surname, logo, etc. within the CMYK color scheme - this does not affect the cost. If the chosen form is made from ready-made dyed fabrics, mainly sports suits and jackets, then the choice of colors is of course limited. In what colors your form can be made, you need to coordinate with the manager.
I need a sample of the form
We make a sample on request. The cost of a sample of the basic collection with your design is +100% to the cost of the product. If after sending the sample you place an order, then when placing an order, this amount is taken into account in the cost of a serial order. When developing a new model, we send off a trial sample for approval. It remains in the company's collection and the customer does not pay for it.
