  1. BREAKUP WITH FEAR 🙌🏻

    BREAKUP WITH FEAR 🙌🏻

Thank you so much to our sponsors for today’s episode: NEXT LEVEL SUCCES COACHING - 305.788.6248 or www.ksmithinspires.com 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. 💥💥TEN TIPS TO BREAKUP WITH FEAR 💥💥

Whatever it is that scares you, here are 10 ways to help you cope with your day-to-day fears and anxieties.

These tips are for people who are coping with everyday fears. If you have been diagnosed with an anxiety-related condition, see our page on generalised anxiety disorder.

    1. Take time out
It's impossible to think clearly when you're flooded with fear or anxiety. The first thing to do is take time out so you can physically calm down.

Distract yourself from the worry for 15 minutes by walking around the block, making a cup of tea or having a bath.

    2. Breathe through panic
If you start to get a faster heartbeat or sweating palms, the best thing is not to fight it.

Stay where you are and simply feel the panic without trying to distract yourself. Place the palm of your hand on your stomach and breathe slowly and deeply.

The goal is to help the mind get used to coping with panic, which takes the fear of fear away.

Try this breathing technique for stress

    3. Face your fears
Avoiding fears only makes them scarier. Whatever your fear, if you face it, it should start to fade. If you panic one day getting into a lift, for example, it's best to get back into a lift the next day.

    4. Imagine the worst
Try imagining the worst thing that can happen – perhaps it's panicking and having a heart attack. Then try to think yourself into having a heart attack. It's just not possible. The fear will run away the more you chase it.

    5. Look at the evidence
It sometimes helps to challenge fearful thoughts. For example, if you're scared of getting trapped in a lift and suffocating, ask yourself if you have ever heard of this happening to someone. Ask yourself what you would say to a friend who had a similar fear.

    6. Don't try to be perfect
Life is full of stresses, yet many of us feel that our lives must be perfect. Bad days and setbacks will always happen, and it's important to remember that life is messy.

    7. Visualise a happy place
Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine a place of safety and calm. It could be a picture of you walking on a beautiful beach, or snuggled up in bed with the cat next to you, or a happy memory from childhood. Let the positive feelings soothe you until you feel more relaxed.

    8. Talk about it
Sharing fears takes away a lot of their scariness. If you can't talk to a partner, friend or family member, call a helpline such as Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87 or Samaritans on 116 123.

You could also try a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach over the telephone, with a service such as NHS Living Life. If you would like to find out more about this appointment-based service, you can visit the Living Life website or phone 0800 328 9655 (Mon to Fri, 1pm to 9pm).

If your fears aren't going away, you can ask your GP for help. GPs can refer people for counselling, psychotherapy or help through an online mental health service, such as Living Life to the Full.

    9. Go back to basics
Lots of people turn to alcohol or drugs to self-treat anxiety, but this will only make matters worse. Simple, everyday things like a good night's sleep, a wholesome meal and a walk are often the best cures for anxiety.

    10. Reward yourself
Finally, give yourself a treat. When you've made that call you've been dreading, for example, reinforce your success by treating yourself to a massage, a country walk, a meal out, a book, a DVD, or whatever little gift makes you happy.

  3. BREAKUP WITH CANCER 💪🏻

    BREAKUP WITH CANCER 💪🏻

CONTACT ME DIRECTLY IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES ARE GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENT RIGHT NOW 💖💖. YOUR THOUGHTS HAVE THE POWER TO BOTH #HEAL YOU OR KILL YOU!!!Thoughts are the language of the mind, and feelings are the language of the body. How you feel, and how you think creates your estate of being. So, if you think insecure thoughts, in a matter of seconds you will feel insecure. The repetition of this “emotions + thoughts” cycle conditions the body to “embody” insecurity.

Feelings and emotions are the end product of past experiences. Learning how to self-regulate has been one of my favorite discoveries of 2020. If you can’t think better than what you feel, those emotions keep you grounded in the past. Now I know that to create a new life, we must first create a new set of thoughts. But this is all easier said than done. This new “habit” of creating the “new you” takes a lot of conscious effort, discipline, practice. I believe all Well worth it if the end result is mastering your dream life.

How you think, how you act and how you feel create your personality, and your personality creates your personal reality. I loved 2020 for pushing me out of my comfort zone, and to learn how to go in, within. But why do we have to wait for some crisis to happen to create change in our lives?

There is a principle in neuroscience, nervous cells that fire together, wire together - how did you re wire your brain during CANCER? Please tell me you did not stay the same. If you fire and wire the connectors the same way, these memorized behaviors become unconscious habits, automatic emotional reactions, beliefs and perceptions. And even attitudes that function like a computer program. If you do something over and over again, the repetition of these actions conditions your body to do it better than your mind. Fascinating, right?

A habit is when the body knows something better than the mind. 95% of most people’s behaviors are subconscious programs running the show. Why is this important? Because this year was definitely the year to create new connections in our brain. The uncertainty, the unknown global crisis, in that void is where the “new you” is born. Teach your body emotionally what your future is going to feel like. Every emotion has a chemical reaction in your body. This is why your thoughts can both heal you or make you sick. There is no amount of healthy food that is going to save you from yourself if you have ill thoughts. Your thoughts control your emotions and these emotions the chemical reactions in your body. If you are feeling fear, anxiety, scarcity, stress, shame, guilt; sooner or later (if you repeat it over and over again) your body will start to “embody” these emotions, showing up as “poison” to your body. This is how we get sick - when we embody ill thoughts, we literally make our body ill.

  4. BREAKUP WITH FAILURE 💪🏻 by John Maxwell

BREAKUP WITH FAILURE 💪🏻 by John Maxwell

BASED OF THE BOOK “ FAILING FORWARD” by John Maxwell 💪🏻. Vincent Van Gogh failed as an art dealer, flunked his entrance exam to theology school, and was fired by the church after an ill-fated attempt at missionary work. In fact, during his life, he seldom experienced anything other than failure as an artist. Although a single painting by Van Gogh would fetch in excess of $100 million today, in his lifetime Van Gogh sold only one painting, four months prior to his death.

Before developing his theory of relativity, Albert Einstein encountered academic failure. One headmaster expelled Einstein from school and another teacher predicted that he would never amount to anything. Einstein even failed his entrance exam into college.

Prior to dazzling the world with his athletic skill, Michael Jordan was cut from his sophomore basketball team. Even though he captured six championships, during his professional career, Jordan missed over 12,000 shots, lost nearly 400 games, and failed to make more than 25 would-be game-winning baskets.

Failure didn’t stop Vincent Van Gogh from painting, Albert Einstein from theorizing, or Michael Jordan from playing basketball, but it has paralyzed countless leaders and prevented them from reaching their potential.

At some point, all great achievers are tempted to believe they are failures. But in spite of that, they persevere. In the face of adversity, shortcomings, and rejection, they hold onto self-belief and refuse to see themselves as failures. Here are seven abilities of achievers that enable them to rebound from failure and keep moving forward.

    Seven Principles for Failing Forward

    Reject Rejection

Achievers who persevere do not base their self-worth on their performance. On the contrary, they have a healthy self-image that’s not dictated by external events. When they fall short, rather than labeling themselves a failure, they learn from mistakes in their judgment or behavior.

    Don’t Point Fingers

When people fail, they’re often tempted to blame others for their lack of success. By pointing fingers, they sink into a victim mentality and cede their fate to outsiders. When playing the blame game, people rob themselves of learning from their failures and alienate others by refusing to take responsibility for mistakes.

    See Failure as Temporary

People who personalize failure see a problem as a hole they’re permanently stuck in, whereas achievers see any predicament as temporary. One mindset wallows in failure, the other looks forward to success. By putting mistakes into perspective, achievers are able to see failure as a momentary event, not a symptom of a lifelong epidemic.

    Set Realistic Expectations

Unrealistic goals doom people to failure. For instance, if a person hasn’t exercised for five years, then making it to a gym twice a week may be a better goal than running in next month’s marathon. Also, some people insensibly expect to be perfect. Everyone fails, so expect setbacks and emotionally prepare to deal with them.

    Focus on Strengths

Vary approaches to achievement AND MUCH MORE IN THIS EPISODE!!

WHAT TO DO IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT SUICIDE
Promise not to do anything right now
    Avoid drugs and alcohol
    Make your home safe
Take hope—people DO get through this
Don’t keep these suicidal feelings to yourself
HOW YOU SHOULD REACT IF YOUR FRIEND TALKS ABOUT SUICIDE
Take it Seriously. Don’t assume they will be OK or that they are not serious and don’t have a plan.
Take Action. Don’t wait for someone else to help them. That someone is YOU. Don’t waste time. Get help.
Don’t keep it a secret. Don’t promise them confidentiality because a good friend will do what’s in their best interest.
Encourage your friend to seek help. It’s important that they actively get help from a counselor, psychologist, teacher or doctor. If they don’t feel comfortable talking in person, they call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or youth helpline Your Life Your Voice at 1-800-448-3000.
HOW TO TALK TO YOUR FRIEND’S PARENT IF YOU THINK YOUR FRIEND IS CONSIDERING SUICIDE
Remain calm. Sit one or both parents/ guardian down in a quiet
Talk about the warning signs you’ve noticed
Talk about, and possibly share, any evidence you’ve been shown or found (i.e. text messages, notes, social media postings, poems, drawings, phone calls, etc.)
Share what reasons your friend gave and that you’ve spoken to them previously and are not convinced they won’t make an attempt
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR FRIEND, OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW, HAS MADE AN ATTEMPT AND IS IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE SUPPORT
IMMEDIATELY DIALL 911 and send them to the persons current location
Pick up the phone and call their parent, older sibling or anyone else who may be able to get to them quickly
Contact your parent or a trusted adult to get help with this process immediately. This will be a terrifying process if you do it alone.
If you saw the post on social media, screen shot it in an effort to show officials what you saw
If they live in another State and you can’t contact parents or family, google the number to the police station in their City and tell them it’s an emergency. From experience, calling 911 in your State won’t help. They can’t transfer you and can only give you the number to the Police Station in their City. Save yourself 10 minutes and look it up yourself.
You may also try to contact the Fire Station in their City. I didn’t try this but it’s worth a shot. The key is to get them help as quickly as possible.

Basketball games of our childhood

We remember what we played when there weren't enough people or there was simply no desire to run.

We remember what we played when there weren't enough people or just didn't feel like running.

ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES WITH A BALL AND A BASKETBALL Hoop

The names of games and the rules of games in our childhood may have varied, but most likely their essence was similar to those that we list below:

The names of games and the rules of games in our childhood may have been different, but most likely their essence was similar to those that we list below:

Game "33"

Start from the penalty line, shoot to the first miss. After a miss, the next participant picks up the ball and throws from the point where he caught the ball with both hands. In the event of a hit, the player continues to shoot from the foul line. Each roll up to 30 is worth 3 points. And after the participant scored 30, each hit is worth 1 point.

General goal: score 33 points, to win, after reaching 30 points, you need to score three times due to a three-pointer. If the ball after a miss rebounds over the plane of the backboard / over the end line, the next player has the right to step out of bounds and shoot.

Game "15"

Start from the foul line, shoot to the first miss. After a miss, the next player waits for the ball to hit the court once, picks it up and shoots. It is allowed after the bounce to catch the ball in a jump and land with the ball outside the three-second zone. In case the ball bounces into the three-second zone (if after the bounce the player will inevitably have to shoot from the three-second zone), the rebounder must shoot immediately, without bouncing off the surface. The game goes to 15 points, each hit is worth 1 point. After a successful rebound and hit, the participant stands on the penalty line and continues to throw until a miss.

Game "Janitor"

This game uses markings more actively. We start the game from the mark closest to the ring on the "mustache" / border of the three-second line. After each hit, we move one mark further from the ring. If you hit and should move up, but the next position is already taken, you swap places with that player. Six, janitor, postman, driver, secretary, adviser, boss. If the thrower in front of you misses and you rebound, then you can switch places with him. The winner is the one who first gets to the position of the Boss and scores.

American game

This game requires 2 balls. A point is selected and the participants line up. The first player shoots and, in case of a miss, must have time to rebound and put the ball into the ring before the next player does. The second participant has the right to throw immediately after the ball of the first one touches the bow of the ring. The last player remaining in the game wins.

Goat Game / H.O.R.S.E

The first participant announces which throw and from what distance he must make. If the throw is successful, the next player must repeat it completely. In case of a miss, the player is penalized with a "letter". If the second player manages to repeat the throw exactly, then the second round is announced and the penalty will be 2 "letters". Players have the right to choose a new throw at the end of each successful circle, in case all participants agree. The game goes on until all participants except one have 5 cherished letters.

Passport game

The object of the game is to score 21 points. First you need to "open your passport" by scoring from the free throw line. Throws are made in turn. Then the player who opened the passport is given three throws per attempt - the first at the cost of three points (performed from the free throw line), the second at the cost of two points (after the first throw, the ball must hit the ground and be caught, only under this condition can one make second throw) and the third - at the cost of one point (provided that the second throw was made, after the second throw the ball must be caught immediately WITHOUT hitting the ground). When scoring from 0 to 21, several combustible scores are set (for example, 9, 13 and 19) that need to be bypassed using throw prices. When throwing the "air ball", all the player's points are burned. A player who scores all three goals in one attempt gets a chance for another try. After scoring 21 points, you need to "close the passport" with a hit from the free throw line.

Big Russian Boss launched a basketball show with Dorokhov and Chipinkos.

Why is this a complete failure - Kik

Stars play goat with obstacles - the release is already in YouTube trends, but views will fall.

While Match TV is banning broadcasts of Dynamo Kyiv and airing Anton Anisimov four times a week, the entire media-sports life has moved to the Internet. Entertainment formats have not appeared on the National Sports TV Channel for a long time, all non-broadcast content of the network is reduced to discussions and analytics.

Advertising 18+

But young viewers have a need for frivolous content - and this is confirmed at least by the views of Amkal with 2DROTS. Therefore, instead of Match, other structures close to Gazprom-Media took up entertainment.

Medium Quality Production, owned by TNT's creative producer Vyacheslav Dusmukhametov, has made friends with bookmakers for a long time and churns out a bunch of near-sports shows. There are practically no Match TV experts in them, and more and more comedians and stars of the teentesh ecosystem shine in the frame. The most recent format is Big Russian Balls with Big Russian Boss.

The boss, the harbinger of "vDudya" and "What happened next?" called gangsta rapper Chipinkos and comedian Denis Dorokhov to the basketball court ("Game", "Once Upon a Time in Russia", "Crop Circles"). A formidable hip-hop artist and popular comedian is a great idea-level preview. But why did it turn out so creepy?

The problem is that the authors of Big Russian Balls chose the most unspectacular part of basketball. In fact, the whole show is a yard game of a goat, which was combined with phantoms. Basket is the most mobile sport, living both horizontally (dribbling and passing) and vertically (jumping and throwing around the ring). But in the Big Russian Balls, the participants and the presenter were put in the most static state - just throwing without any special movements.

If you've ever played a goat, you can imagine how boring it is compared to a 1v1 game, and even more so a 3v3 game. But there is a more dull thing to do - it's to sit on the podium while others play goat or 33. There is some minimal excitement and competition inside the shootout, and when you don't even participate, but just watch, then boredom gets out on x3 or x5 .

It is clear that when celebrities of category B (or even C) have too different levels of sports training, it is impossible to put them in a battle. Chipinkos overclocked the entire program, that he was semi-professional in almost all sports on planet Earth, but in the end he was one shot away from losing. Dorohov almost won against the rapper, who honestly admitted that he knew nothing about basketball.

Inside the show, the authors set up cool tasks such as throwing in a gas mask, with a massage gun at the back, after spinning on an office chair or throwing melon and watermelon at the ring. But each attraction in the half-hour issue caused only a shrug of the shoulders - well, yes, now Dorokhov will hit the target not with his hands, but with his head.
