Each basketball team consists of 12 players who substitute for each other during the match. At the same time, five people from each team are on the site.
According to the rules of basketball, the whole team must have the same uniform and even socks of the same color. Jerseys of team members must be numbered.
For safety, remove jewelry and any accessories that could injure other players.
The game consists of four periods of 10 minutes. Breaks between the first and second quarters, as well as between the third and fourth, are 2 minutes. The longest break is 15 minutes, it is taken in the middle of the game, after the second quarter. At this moment, the teams change rings.
If the score is tied by the end of the match, the referee adds 5 minutes of overtime. Overtime is appointed as many times as necessary until the winner is revealed.
During the game, the team coach may take a time-out. This break lasts for a minute. Most often, a time-out is taken to adjust tactics.

1 point - counts for the penalty throw
2 points - for a ball abandoned from the zone of biases
3 points - for the ball abandoned from the three -point hits
violations in the basketball, let's take basic.
A run is the movement of a player with the ball in his hands without dribbling. For this, the referee appoints a throw-in by the opposing team.
Three Second Rule - A player of the attacking team cannot stay in the highlighted area under the hoop for more than three seconds. For such a violation, the ball is transferred to the opponent.
Foul is a touch on the opponent that limits his freedom of movement. In some cases, a free throw is awarded for a foul - this is decided by the referee. A throw from the penalty line is performed by a member of the opposing team, for a professional this is an almost guaranteed hit.
You can also get a foul without contact - technical. It is given for unsportsmanlike behavior, disrespect for the referee or other participants in the game. Two technical fouls are followed by disqualification.
Basketball matches are served by teams of referees. Usually 2-3 referees on the site and a secretary judge. Their task is to monitor compliance with the rules, keep track of time and impose a fine in case of violations.
Entering data into the protocol, resolving controversial game moments and keeping the game score - these duties are also performed by the referees.
During the match, the referees communicate with each other with gestures that help to quickly indicate the situation in the game.
To shoot 3-pointers in every game, you need quality equipment that will make you feel comfortable on the court. Look for clothes, shoes and accessories for basketball in a special section on the Sportmaster website.

tyt - Balloon games
Balloon games
Balloon games can be a real lifesaver on a cold winter day. These ten fun indoor games will make you and your kids laugh out of winter depression. All you need is a balloon and a good mood.
Balloon indoor and outdoor games
Volleyball
This is one of the most popular indoor games for children. Once the days get shorter and they can no longer play outside in the evenings, the girls love to play balloon volleyball. You can come up with an imaginary grid or set up a real one. Don't think it's very easy. This game can make you work up a sweat!
Tennis
Like balloon volleyball, you can use fly swatters, badminton rackets, or build air tennis rackets. This indoor game not only allows your kids to burn extra energy, but also works on coordination skills. To add a bit of variety, you can even do some tennis drills like bouncing a balloon on a racket.
Shooting games
These balloon shooters will give you hours of fun. Print out your target, stick it on the wall, and start throwing. See who gets the most points.
Tricks
Have your child take turns doing a balloon trick with you, such as hitting him three times in the air and then placing him in a laundry basket. Or jumping around the room with a balloon between your knees and throwing it into a hoop so it doesn't fall out from under your knees.
Racing
Race! Team up if you have four or more players. If you only have two or three players, take turns trying to win the best time. Variants of races can be different:
inflating a balloon through the mouth or a tube at speed;
to balance with a ball on the hand, one finger or a spoon, during the race;
race across the room holding a balloon between two people on the belt or knees;
jump around the room with a balloon between your knees.
Hockey
Make your own hockey sticks. Your task is to get the balloon into the gate. This game will require a little more space, but is perfect for a large living room or playground.
Build Skills
Develop motor and coordination skills with one of these exercises:
Hold the ball in the air with both hands or with only one hand at a time.
Balance the balloon on your hand or fly swatter while walking around the room.
Keep the ball in the air by hitting it with your foot, knee, elbow or head.
Kick the balloon up and spin around in a circle before hitting it again.
Hold the balloon in the air while inflating it.
Hit the balloon up. See how many times you can clap your hands before hitting the balloon again.
Hold two balloons in the air at the same time.
Basketball
Place laundry baskets at both ends of the room and see which team can score the most by placing a balloon in the basket. Try playing this game in different ways. It sounds simple. The other team is trying to steal the balloon. You can play in different ways:
by hitting the balloon into the air across the room;
carrying it on one finger;
one hit per step;
tapping a balloon on the floor.
Balloon Catching
This balloon catching game will make your family laugh all over the room. The task is to catch the balloon using the funnel. Add some variety and pretend to be walking a tightrope while balancing a balloon on a funnel.
Draw
Now for some art...
Children love to turn balloons into people's or characters' heads. They can:
Draw on them with pens;
Glue things;
Give them names;
Stick clothes on.
Surprise balloon
The game includes popping balloons. Before you blow up the balloon, you put something inside it. It could be some goodies, items, or maybe a treasure map.
Balancing
An easy way to lose this game is to use paper plates. Children balance marbles on plates and then try to walk (or maybe run!).
Air Relay
There are different ways to play relay.
This can be a straight balloon run. Children are in different teams, and run to the designated point, and then back. They pass the ball to the next person and leave.
You can also remake the game in the following ways:
The balls should bounce as you walk;
using paper plates to hold balloons
has two balloons in his hands!
Balloon between the legs
You can have a lot of fun, because this game is perfect for a party.
You simply let the children hold the balls between their knees and try to walk with them.
The next step is to have a race of some sort, but start with just walking in circles.
Playing with sounds
Use the pens to write some letters on the balloons. There are different games that you can make of them. These include:
Make three-letter words with balloons, then pop the balloon while saying the word. The other participants must guess what it is about;
Make a team circle and blow up the balloons. At this time, say the letter of each of them.
Football
Balloons are great for teaching simple football skills. Because they move much slower than real soccer balls, they are great for things like keeping the ball on your foot or passing it to friends.
Here are some games you can play:
In a group, try to keep the ball above the ground only by kicking it between you;
Try to kick the ball in the air for yourself and then keep kicking it up. Task: score the most points.
Darts
Throwing sharp objects at balloons can be great fun at your party. But there is a caveat: it is better not to offer such a game to children, or use safer options instead of sharp darts.
