• Michigan State is the only team in college basketball to play two teams ranked in the top four of the AP poll thus far this season. The Spartans have at least four teams in the preseason poll on its November schedule, making them one of only six teams since 2009-10 to play that many in the season’s opening month (the 2016-17 Spartans are another of those six).
• Kentucky is 2-0 with wins of 20-plus points over Howard and Duquesne. The team has hit more than 50 percent of its 3-point attempts and averaged 44 rebounds per game. Illinois State transfer Antonio Reeves leads the team in scoring at 20 points per game.
• Kentucky forward Oscar Tshiebwe, the returning national player of the year, is questionable for the game as he recovers from a preseason knee operation. Kentucky sophomore forward Daimion Collins is likely to make his season debut after missing the first two games of the season due to the sudden passing of his father.
• Kentucky leads the series against Michigan State, 14-11, and has won the last two matchups in the series. Michigan State’s last win against the Wildcats came in 2013.
• This will mark Michigan State’s 12th time participating in the Champions Classic. The Spartans are 4-7 in the event; after starting 3-2 in the first five years, they’re 1-5 in the last six years.

Michigan 11/17/2022: Bamette Bookmaker Predictions, Rates and Odds0001
Prediction for the match A2(-7.5)
Good day!
The Michigan Wolverines are 2-0 heading to Brooklyn for the first time this season, where they face the Pitt Panthers on Wednesday night in the first round of the Legends Classic. Michigan have won all of their first two home games this season, but now they face their first meeting with a top-five conference team.
Pittsburgh
The Pittsburgh Panthers and head coach Jeff Capel continue their quest for relevance in a crowded and talented ACC. Capel is 51-69 in his four years as head coach of the Panthers.. In his fifth year of restructuring, Capel realizes his team must show progress if he wants any long-term job security. This year, Capel manages eight new faces after several departures from the team due to graduation and transition into the off-season. He brought back five players, most notably big player John Hagley IV.
Michigan
The Michigan Wolverines opened the season with two relatively easy wins, both within Michigan. Now they're traveling out of state for the first time in search of a quality road victory over the ACC Panthers. After a bad season 19-15, head coach and former Wolverine great Juwan Howard was suspended. Howard brought back his leading scorer and last season's rebounder Hunter Dickinson. Dickinson did not disappoint in the first two games of the season. He had 22 points and 12 rebounds in Game 1 and then had 31 points and 7 rebounds in a win over Eastern Michigan in Game 2.
Injuries
Hosts: John Hagley IV, Williams Jeffress, Wason Stevenson, Dior Johnson.
Guests: no loss.
Statistics of personal meetings
Back in 2012, the guys from Michigan won. The game turned out to be stubborn, and the score was 67-62.
Forecast for the match A2(-7.5)
-7.5 Away: Although Hagley IV should be back in action this game, the Panthers look set to be heavily outclassed by the Wolverines. This is especially true of the skill class, which will affect the final numbers of this game.
