The shift in the pioneer camp ends, and the counselors seat the children on the buses. In the deserted camp, director Igor Stanislavovich destroys children's crafts. Having played too much, he does not notice how messages arrive on the fax.
Igor comes to the mayor of Sredneuralsk, Viktor, to discuss the construction of a village on the territory of the Krasny Sokol camp. But, before starting the conversation, the mayor asks Igor to hand over the phone and undress to his underpants. Victor is afraid of wiretapping. Igor expects to give the mayor two houses of the future village, but Viktor deftly manipulates the facts and offers to expand the territory of the village. To do this, it seems that the camp will have to be demolished, but Igor does not mind.
Together with an excavator driver, Igor breaks down a monument to a pioneer standing in a small square. Yusuf runs out to them and invites Igor to dinner. For one thing, he promises that in a week there will be nothing left of the camp.
Suddenly a bus full of children with special needs arrives. Also, a car flies into the territory - this is Katya with her father. Wheelchairs are unloaded from the bus, and new guests are sent to check in. Igor meets the group on the path leading to the main building and is very surprised. He reports that the camp has actually closed, but no one listens to him. Nadya says that their organization with great difficulty managed to get vouchers for children with disabilities from all over the region. But the director says that the camp is in disrepair, and he is not ready to be responsible for the safety of campers.
The children find themselves in the assembly hall, which is in disarray after the farewell party. Igor bursts into his office and runs to the fax machine.

While the guys are riding a catamaran, he steals their clothes and, together with Katya and the guy from the dining room, rolls them in glass wool.

They are seen by Roman, who helps Albert pull himself up on the horizontal bar. Roman sees that the children have some kind of scabies and he takes a fire hose to wash the cotton from their bodies. But they have no clothes, and Roman gives them fancy dress from the assembly hall. Later, the teenagers cut apples for which they sailed on a catamaran.

In the morning, Nadya is doing yoga, as a scream is heard, and the girl breaks down to the wards. They have green water flowing from the taps, but the door to the corridor does not open.
