Sign up or sign in to your account.
Go to "My Subscriptions".
Select the desired subscription and click the "View" button.
In the form that opens, enter the card number, expiration date and CVC/CVV code.
Confirm payment by card by entering the code from SMS into the form.
Done. Enjoy your favorite sports events!

2. Smart TV

Open the PREMIER app on Smart TV
Sign up or sign in to your account.
Go to "My Subscriptions".
Select the desired subscription and click on it.
If you have a saved bank card, you can subscribe through it. If not, enter the card number, expiration date and CVC/CVV code in the form that opens.
Confirm payment by card - enter the code from SMS into the form.

How to disable a sports subscription

To cancel your sports subscription from premier.one or the PREMIER Smart TV app, go to My Subscriptions.

If the subscription was made on the matchtv.ru website or in the MATCH! mobile application, you need to unsubscribe there in order to avoid errors.

How to renew a sports subscription

To renew your sports subscription from premier.one or the PREMIER Smart TV app, go to My Subscriptions. Select the desired subscription and click the "Renew Subscription" button.

If the subscription was made on the matchtv.ru website or in the MATCH! mobile application, it must be renewed there.

How to register

On the premier.one website, click "Login" in the upper right corner or start any video you like. On the pop-up screen, enter your phone number and confirm it with a code from SMS - your account will be created automatically.
iOS

Our app has been removed from the App Store. If you didn't have it, you won't be able to download it. Watch us on premier.one, Smart TV or Android. If the application is installed, it will not affect you, everything works as before. To register, go to the Profile section or start any video you like. Then click "Login". Android

Only registered and authorized users can subscribe and watch shows, series, movies and TV channels. Register on the service, subscribe and log in with your account on the website, in the mobile application or in the application on Smart TV, Apple TV or Android TV.

How to activate the promo code

Register on premier. one.

Promo code is valid for all PREMIER subscriptions, including sports ones.

Unable to activate promo code

If you see the text , the specified promo code may not exist — check if all characters of the promo code are entered correctly and try again.

If you see text , it is possible that the promo code was activated before , which means that this promo code will no longer be activated.

If you have an active subscription, you cannot activate the promotional code.

How to watch PREMIER with the whole family with one subscription

You have one account to which you can link up to five profiles - for yourself, the second half, children. Each will have its own browsing history, recommendations and favorites. To create a child profile, simply enter your child's age and they will see what suits them. Any profile can be protected with a PIN code.

Please note: one account allows you to use the online cinema only on two devices at the same time. Even from different profiles. That is, if you turned on the movie on your smartphone and laptop, you won’t be able to start watching on the TV either.

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select an existing profile.

Question 22

How to create, edit, and disable a PIN from a profile

You can only create, change or disable a PIN code on the premier.one website and the PREMIER mobile app, and only from the main profile.

Online

Go to premier.one.
Sign up or sign in to your account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
At the top of the screen, select the profile you want to protect with a pin code.
Enable the "Login by PIN" option, create a 4-digit code and click "Save".
If you need to change your PIN, click Change PIN. In the window that opens, come up with a new 4-digit code and click "Save".
To disable the pin code, turn off the "Login by pin code" option.
To recover a forgotten PIN code, disable and re-enable the "Login by PIN code" option, create a new 4-digit code and click "Save".

Android/iOS app

Open the PREMIER mobile app on your mobile device.
Sign up or sign in to your account.
Click on your profile, then on the pencil icon in the upper right corner.
Select the profile you want to protect with a pin code.

Which cards can be used to pay for the subscription

The subscription can be paid on the territory of the Russian Federation using Russian banking MIR, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Transactions are encrypted and completely secure.

Question 24

When my card will be charged for the subscription

The subscription is automatically renewed for the next calendar month after the subscription you purchased expires. Money will be debited 1 day before the end of the subscription. The date until which the current subscription is valid, see the profile in the "My subscriptions" section.

Canceling auto-renewal will not cancel the current subscription.

How to cancel a PREMIER subscription

Online

Subscription auto-renewal can be turned off at any time, but no later than 24 hours before the subscription expires. To turn off automatic renewal of your subscription, go to "My Subscriptions".
Android application

To disable your Android subscription, follow the instructions on the Google support site.
On TV or set-top box

If your TV model does not support the PREMIER Smart TV app, try the following options:

Connect an IPTV set-top box. Check with your digital TV provider on how to watch PREMIER.
Connect your TV to your PC or laptop via an HDMI cable to use your TV as a monitor and simply start watching on premier.one.

Step 1: Authorization

To access the service, you need:

Step 4: Authorization on Smart TV or Android TV

To authorize on Smart TV, use the PREMIER mobile app for iOS or Android or the premier.one website.

Question 31

Video is loading slowly or in poor quality

Video download speed directly depends on internet speed. If the video is often interrupted, then the Internet speed is not enough. Close any third-party applications that may be using the internet and stop downloads if any.

To view the video in minimum quality, you need an Internet connection with a speed of at least 2 Mbps. If your Internet speed is 2 Mbps, you need to consider that other applications on the device also use the Internet, and this reduces the speed.

To watch videos in good quality, we recommend a stable Internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps.

To test the internet speed on your Smart TV, go to your profile → Settings → Feedback → click the "Speed test" button in the lower right corner.

Question 32

App or in-app video won't launch on iOS

Log in again, re-enter your phone number and password.

Question 33

On Android, the application or video in the application does not start

Try clearing your cache:

Open Settings (you'll find the settings menu on your home screen or app drawer).
Scroll down and click Apps (this will open a list of all installed apps).
Press "PREMIER" (application information will be displayed).
Click "Storage" (it's the first menu option).
Click "Clear Cache" (the PREMIER application cache will be cleared, application settings will be reset).

Try reinstalling the app:

Delete the app and download it again from Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery and ruStore.
Log in to your account again, re-enter your phone number and password. Remember that simply restarting the application will not help.

Problems launching an application or video on TVs or set-top boxes

Check your TV's internet connection.
Update the TV firmware to the latest version.
Delete the application from the device memory and download it again from the application store.
Sign in again on the device where you enter the code displayed on the TV. Re-enter your username (phone number) and password.
Unplug the TV for a few minutes, then reinstall the app.
