Fit Tips
Tall Sizes: Note that some of our jerseys are available in different lengths. For example, size 48/2 (or 48+2) is 2”/5cm longer in length than our regular fit. Length is adjusted proportionately depending on silhouette.
Tall sizes are only available for select styles.
If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
How To Measure
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

The main measurement for determining the size of the "top" (T-shirt, jacket, sweatshirt, etc.) is chest circumference. If the figure has a large fullness, it is correct to use the waist circumference.
The size of the "bottom" (trousers, shorts, skirts, etc.) is correctly determined by the circumference of the hips. If the figure has a large fullness, it is correct to use the waist circumference.
Often the dimensions for "top" and "bottom" are not the same. In this case, you should give information about the sizes separately (for example, a jacket is a size 50, and trousers are a size 52).
To estimate your size, you can measure your chest circumference (in centimeters) and divide by two.

This is used for loose-fitting T-shirts and playing shorts - football, volleyball and basketball uniforms. All dimensions are given in the Russian system (according to GOST).
To determine the height marking for an order, measure your height, find the cell in the right column "height of a person" that includes your height, and then find the corresponding value in the left column "height marking".
(For example: a person is 167 cm tall, which means that two height markers can suit him at once: 158/164 and 170/176, in which case the height should be chosen depending on other measured parameters or the person’s preferences)
