If you see the text , the specified promo code may not exist — check if all characters of the promo code are entered correctly and try again.

If you see text , it is possible that the promo code was activated before , which means that this promo code will no longer be activated.

If you have an active subscription, you cannot activate the promotional code.

You have one account to which you can link up to five profiles - for yourself, the second half, children. Each will have its own browsing history, recommendations and favorites. To create a child profile, simply enter your child's age and they will see what suits them. Any profile can be protected with a PIN code.

Please note: one account allows you to use the online cinema only on two devices at the same time. Even from different profiles. That is, if you turned on the movie on your smartphone and laptop, you won’t be able to start watching on the TV either.

How to create, edit, and disable a PIN from a profile

You can only create, change or disable a PIN code on the premier.one website and the PREMIER mobile app, and only from the main profile.

Online

Go to premier.one.
Sign up or sign in to your account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
At the top of the screen, select the profile you want to protect with a pin code.
Enable the "Login by PIN" option, create a 4-digit code and click "Save".
If you need to change your PIN, click Change PIN. In the window that opens, come up with a new 4-digit code and click "Save".
To disable the pin code, turn off the "Login by pin code" option.
To recover a forgotten PIN code, disable and re-enable the "Login by PIN code" option, create a new 4-digit code and click "Save".

Android/iOS app

Open the PREMIER mobile app on your mobile device.

When my card will be charged for the subscription

The subscription is automatically renewed for the next calendar month after the subscription you purchased expires. Money will be debited 1 day before the end of the subscription. The date until which the current subscription is valid, see the profile in the "My subscriptions" section.

Canceling auto-renewal will not cancel the current subscription.

Question 31

Video is loading slowly or in poor quality

Video download speed directly depends on internet speed. If the video is often interrupted, then the Internet speed is not enough. Close any third-party applications that may be using the internet and stop downloads if any.

To view the video in minimum quality, you need an Internet connection with a speed of at least 2 Mbps. If your Internet speed is 2 Mbps, you need to consider that other applications on the device also use the Internet, and this reduces the speed.

To watch videos in good quality, we recommend a stable Internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps.

To check the internet speed on your Smart TV, go to your profile → Settings → Feedback → click the "Speed test" button in the lower right corner.

Log in again, re-enter your phone number and password.

Try clearing your cache:

Open Settings (you'll find the settings menu on your home screen or app drawer).
Scroll down and click Apps (this will open a list of all installed apps).
Press "PREMIER" (application information will be displayed).

Click "Clear Cache" (the PREMIER application cache will be cleared, application settings will be reset).

Try reinstalling the app:

Delete the app and download it again from Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery and ruStore.
Log in to your account again, re-enter your phone number and password. Remember that simply restarting the application will not help.

Problems launching an application or video on TVs or set-top boxes

Check your TV's internet connection.
Update the TV firmware to the latest version.
Delete the application from the device memory and download it again from the application store.
Sign in again on the device where you enter the code displayed on the TV. Re-enter your username (phone number) and password.
Unplug the TV for a few minutes, then reinstall the app.
