What Kind Of Fabric Do You Use In Your Garments?

We use Italian made 300gsm 20% Xtra Life™ Lycra. Our fabric has a dry handle but is super strong. We have been using this material for 10years and have had great feedback on it.

Does Sublimation Last?

Yes, Sublimation is the most hardwearing printing methods on the market. Sublimation will outlast other forms of printing like screen prints, and transfer prints. We do recommend trying to go with a soild dyed colour for the bottom half of the suit. As good as Sublimation is it can get damaged when rubbing on the seat on a long row.

Where Do You Manufacture Your Garments

Most of our lycra based garments are manufactured in Australia. We also do large volume production in China.

Yes, we love our job! We want each team to look decent and beautiful in our kit, for this we have optimized costs, set a rule. All designs are developed for FREE! Moreover, we try not to repeat designs! Each new project is unique for us, therefore, you will not find the "Standard Designs" section on our website - it's boring!

Why are some of your items cheaper than others?

Yes it is and we are proud of it! First, we are factory manufacturer! Secondly, We produce quite large volumes of products, so indirect costs are borne by a larger volume. Thirdly, we have automated a significant part of the production processes, we carry out most of the work on specialized automatic machines, even the seemingly simple operations of stitching the form, we have achieved good automation rates here too! And all in order to offer higher quality products at a much better price!

What are the colors?

If the form you have chosen is made using the sublimation method, you do not limit yourself in choosing a color. Any color, background, number, surname, logo, etc. within the CMYK color scheme - this does not affect the cost.
If the chosen form is made from ready-made dyed fabrics, mainly sports suits and jackets, then the choice of colors is of course limited. In what colors your form can be made, you need to coordinate with the manager.

I need a sample of the form

We make a sample on request. The cost of a sample of the basic collection with your design is +100% to the cost of the product. If after sending the sample you place an order, then when placing an order, this amount is taken into account in the cost of a serial order.
When developing a new model, we send off a trial sample for approval. It remains in the company's collection and the customer does not pay for it.

Which fabric should I choose?

The modern sports industry offers a huge selection of sports, functional knitwear. Interesting ways of weaving the threads make it possible to achieve an attractive appearance of the fabric, and the methods for producing synthetic threads have reached a truly fantastic level. Modern synthetic filament has a much larger cross-sectional area, while being much thinner than it was even 10 years ago. Hence, excellent indicators of moisture removal, the material quickly absorbs and quickly weathers moisture. The best representatives of their species do it just instantly! And you even get the feeling that you do not sweat at all! Although this is far from the case, the FABRIC takes on a huge part of the work! And if you do not feel unnecessary discomfort - this is an additional advantage in the game, competitions - this is an additional step that brings you closer to victory! What tricks do athletes use to get the benefits! So, if it will bring you even 1% closer to victory, why not take advantage of it?
For each sport, we have selected a fairly impressive range of fabrics, believe me, this is the best selection! You will not find some fabrics in Russia at all, we buy them for you directly from manufacturers.
To make it easier for you to navigate the range, we have assigned each fabric a five-star rating, and also divided into subcategories such as moisture wicking, breathability, elasticity, resistance to hooks, softness and comfort. This rating is personal (ours), subjective, but we based it on the recommendations and descriptions of the manufacturer's plant and on the feedback from our customers.

What is included in the cost of the form?

If on the site, after choosing the size, the number of products, as well as the choice of material, the OT clause is NOT indicated, then be sure this particular offer is for you, usually this is a form made using sublimation technology. The indicated cost of the sublimation form includes all applications: any number of logos, numbers, surnames, any drawings.

What if I find a defective item, is there a warranty?

How long does it take to produce a form?
