To make sure your netting is securely attached to the window frame, drill small holes in the bottom of the base. If you want a pretty pattern on top of your sheer curtains, attach them with a latch or nail instead of using a hoop and string.
Hang your curtains from an overhead beam by attaching them to brackets at either end of the netting with screws or nails. For added privacy when opening and closing your windows, add a decorative edge around the entire curtain panel using bias tape or ribbon (see photo below).
How To Build Connect 4 Basketball?
When it comes to sheer window curtains, size matters. Make sure the curtain you choose is of the right size for your windows and doorway so that it looks balanced and doesn’t overwhelm your space.
If you’re having trouble finding a suitable size, drill holes into the base of your chosen curtains before attaching them with either latch or nail. This way, they’ll be adjustable to fit any door or window opening.
To add an extra layer of privacy while letting in natural light, try using netting as a court edge instead of fabric panels on both sides of the window. Hang them from above using a simple hoop system or attach with wire clips if needed (rather than nails).
Don’t forget about drapes – whether sheer or blackout – when adding corduroy interest to any room in your home. Choose one that complements the style and color scheme of your décor for maximum impact..
Choose The Right Size
The size of the basketball court will determine the size of the playing pieces. It is important to choose an appropriate sized playing piece for your desired goal.
For a smaller court, use a small ball and short poles; while for a larger court, use a large ball and tall poles. Double check that all pieces are correctly placed on your chosen court before starting to play.
If you make any adjustments during gameplay, be sure to communicate with your teammates so everyone can continue playing together in harmony
Drill Holes In The Base
To make the game more challenging, drill small holes in the bottom of your basketballs to ensure they stay on the ground when played. Mark out a spot approximately two inches from each end of one of your balls and use a pencil or an old credit card to create an indentation in it.
Place this ball into the hole you’ve drilled, then use a mallet or hammer to pound it down until it’s secure – making sure not to damage either ball. Repeat step 3 with the other three balls and enjoy hours of fun playing Connect 4 with friends or family members. Make sure to store your newly-made hoops safely by wrapping them in clear packing tape before storing away for future uses
Attach Your Hoop With Latch Or Nail
There are a few ways to attach your hoop to the wall. One way is with a latch, which can be easily operated by hand. A nail also works well, but requires some drilling and screwing in order for it to stay secure over time.
You could use screws or anchors depending on the material of the wall and how much weight you’re putting on the hoop itself Another option would be using straps that connect directly from your hoop to a bolt in the ground
Hang The Netting From Above
Make sure the basketball hoop is level before beginning to build your netting system. Securely attach the top of the netting to two uprights using brackets, ropes or chains if necessary.
Hang a length of netting from one upright and then do the same from another upright, making sure that both ends are even with each other and touching at the bottom corners. Attach mesh wire screens (if desired) along all four sides of the hoop and between each panel on the front and back side of the hoops respectively Tuck any excess fabric underneath as you go so there’s no obstruction when playing.
Add A Court Edge
To complete the look of your basketball court, you will need to add a court edge. There are many different ways to do this and it depends on what material you have available.
You can use stones, bricks, or concrete blocks as your edging materials. Make sure that the size and shape of your blocks match up with the dimensions of the court before starting construction.
Once your edges are in place, be sure to seal them off using a layer of mortar or patching compound
Who created basketball Connect 4?
Basketball Connect 4 was created by a man named Steve Garabedian. He first developed the game in 1984, and it quickly became popular across the world.
Connect Four was created by Robert Hoff berg in 1979 for the Micro vision video game console. The game became popularized through the Micro vision console and has been released on many different platforms over the years. Some of these versions include computers, mobile devices, and consoles.
There are variations of Connect Four including Mahjong, Spider Man, WarioWare series etc. These games vary in terms of rules but all revolve around matching pieces together to score points.
As it is a classic board game that has been played for decades, there are countless adaptations across multiple platforms which continue to be enjoyed by players today
How many holes does a Connect 4 board have?
This question is a difficult one to answer. The number of holes on a Connect 4 board vary, depending on the model. Some boards have as many as 64 squares while others have just 16.
To make a Connect 4 board, you will need 64 ½”x43″ plywood pieces and 42 hole punches.
The first step is to lay out the 7 across (64½” side) and 6 down (43″ side) boards so that they have an even number of holes on each side.
You then need to cut the 42 hole punches from the wood sheeting. Make sure to keep them equal in size so that no one punch dominates any other when it comes to placement on the board later on.
Once you have all of your hole punches, it’s time to glue or caulk them into place onto the boards using either a strong adhesive or caulk gun/caulking tube depending on your preference and skill level.
Now that your Connect 4 board is complete, enjoy playing some great games with friends.
Does Connect 4 Make You Smarter?

Basketball training life hacks: how to score goals for beginners
Even if you are a novice basketball player, we will not give you a training plan, but we will tell you why the ball flies anywhere but into the ring and into your hands. It's all about technique: even with regular training and perseverance, novice adults and children often make simple mistakes. It's a shame, let's fix it. Below are 11 life hacks on how to hone your technique to increase the likelihood of a goal for your team.
Basketball Shot Rules for Beginners
1. Hands up
In pursuit of the attacker, raise your hands, even if you are standing with your back to the pass, and even more so if the ring is in front of you. Your raised hands will increase the chance of intercepting the ball from the opponent by 2 times. Don't overlook this little thing!
2. Make shield rolls
Even Tim Duncan did not neglect them! A square is drawn on the basketball backboard. If you are standing opposite the ring, then aim at the middle of the upper part of the square, if you are standing on the side, then at the corner. If you hit this square, then the ball is at 90% of cases will fall into the ring. The law of physics and no cheating!
3.
Look at the ring, not at the ball
Practice driving the ball with your hand, not your eyes, develop tactile control. Your eyes should be on the hoop while dribbling and be aware of the position of your body in relation to the hoop. Then you will be able to take the correct posture, and the throw will be effective.
4. Dribble with the balls of your fingers only
The palm should not touch the ball, only the pads of the fingers. Dribbling should become familiar to you, like an extension of your hand. Then you can change its trajectory at any time and you will have more chances to score goals. Practice with the ball constantly.
5. Throw with one hand
If you throw the ball with two hands, you reduce the chance of hitting the basket. All the efforts of the throw are in one hand (in the right for right-handers, in the left for left-handers). The other hand only holds the ball, the leading one holds it with the fingers, not the palm.
6.
Do not jump when protecting the ring
Jumping is the main mistake of rookie defenders. To intercept the ball and block the shot, simply stick out your hands. When you are in a jump, the attacker will easily bypass you.
7. Don't look back
When you dribble, don't look back, but dribble and aim for the ring, focus on shooting (or passing to another player on your team).
8. Bring the throw to automatism
Incorporate the most basic basketball techniques into your training plan and bring the shot to automatism. Throw first from a distance of half a meter from the ring, gradually increasing it. Learn to throw the ball so that it hits the hoop without touching the edge.
Throw the ball with all fives and jump
Throw rules:
Head in the center of the body - if tilted, accuracy is lost.
Look at the ring: mentally build a trajectory. If you are far away, the ball flies in a curved curve with a maximum height of 2 meters above the hoop.
A strong hand is in front and throws, a weak hand is on the side and directs, only holding the ball. The elbow of the throwing hand must be in line with the ring.
The ball must rest on the fingers without touching the palm. The fingers are as far apart as possible and grab the ball.
Throwing arm bent 90 degrees, forearm perpendicular to the floor. If you bend less, then you get not a throw, but a throwing of the ball horizontally.
The main thing in the throw is the position of the body and its balance. Place your feet apart and parallel to each other: it is important to orient them in the middle of the basket. Then the direction of the body during the jump will coincide with the direction of the throw, and the ball will fly straight into the ring. When the feet are uneven, the ball flies in the wrong direction or does not reach (although the throw was normal).
Take a deep breath and release as you exhale.
How to hold the ball and shoot in basketball
How to throw correctly: straighten your arm, point your wrist up, and with your hand set the ball to rotate in the opposite direction from the flight. The ball should seem to "roll" off your fingers.
9. Copy masters and play as a team
Watch professional basketball games and try to copy the movements of your favorite players in training. And be sure to conduct game sparring - this will allow you to develop more techniques.
10. Do not throw in a straight line
The higher the arc of the ball, the greater the chance of a goal and the less chance of blocking by the opponent.
11. Do not throw the ball from a full height stand
This is the biggest newbie mistake!
Before the throw, bend your knees slightly and at the moment of the throw, straighten your body, making a jump. You need to straighten up and push off the ground at the same time. When squatting, keep the elbow of the throwing arm close to the body and towards the ring.
